The City of Boynton Beach has installed a perimeter fence around the City owned green space between Meadows on the Green and Windemere. We hope this prevents the 4 wheeling, trespassing, & other disturbances to our residents & owners. The walking path remains open to pedestrians, however no one will be able to drive a vehicle through. We thank the City & LWDD for their assistance and completion of this project.

The Meadows 300 POA
Dear Owners,
Please be advised that the Board of Directors will have a Board meeting on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the South Pavilion in The Meadows 300 POA.
Electric gates have been installed at both the North and South Pavilions. The access code is the same for both. A letter was mailed to all homeowners in February providing the code. If you do not have yours, please reach out to Elevated Property Management by phone or email, or you can visit the office at the North Pavilion M-F from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The Board is currently evaluating the Community to identify and prioritize projects in an on-going effort to enhance property values and Resident's use and enjoyment of The Meadows. These projects fall under general maintenance; beautification and overall common area improvements.
