Congratulations to 2 Meadows Players who both won GOLD in 3.5 division and in their age group (50 & above, 19 & above) in the Paddle Tap Tournament in Coral Springs 1/8/23, GOOD JOB PICKLEBALLERS!!!!!!
The Board of Directors reserves the right to enforce and amend, at their discretion, the
following rules for the Pickleball courts:
1. Each homeowner/resident is permitted to invite up to (7) guests, and you are only
permitted to occupy (2) courts at ALL TIMES. **If other owners are waiting to play,
owners must limit their play time to (1) hour to accommodate waiting owners.**
2. Every homeowner/resident is responsible for their guests AT ALL TIMES. No
guest/guests are allowed in the park or pickleball court without the homeowner/resident
present with them AT ALL TIMES. In other words, owners/residents need to be at the
park with their guests, and any person who does not live in The Meadows 300 POA is
not entitled nor permitted to have access to our parks without the owner/resident being
present with them during the time they are in the Parks.
3. Parties at Reserved Pavilions have priority parking in the parks Parking Lots.
4. Special Events concerning Pickleball courts and play need prior approval from the Board
President OR Vice President to avoid any conflicts of interest.
5. No owner, resident or guest is permitted to hang any object on any Pickleball court
fencing, gates, nets or otherwise at any time and no one is permitted to leave chairs,
clothing, or any other item behind. The Meadows 300 POA will not be responsible for any
personal property that may be left behind in the Pickleball courts.
These Rules will be strictly enforced. If any of these Rules are broken, owner/resident may be banned from using the facilities.
